1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account and using Intellocomply you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. What Intellocomply provides
Intellocomply is a compliance reminder and document management tool for UAE businesses. We provide reminders, guidance and a calendar based on publicly available UAE regulations. We are not a tax agent, accountant or law firm. The information shown is for general guidance and is not legal or tax advice.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in AED. A 30-day free trial is offered to new users. You may cancel at any time from your billing portal and will retain access until the end of the current billing period.
4. Refund policy
A full refund is available within 7 days of your first charge. No refunds are issued after 7 days. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for filing your own returns with the relevant UAE authorities, and for keeping your login credentials secure.
6. Limitation of liability
Intellocomply is not liable for any fines, penalties, losses or damages of any kind resulting from missed deadlines, reliance on information shown in the app, or interruptions to the service. To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 3 months.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the UAE.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app.
