This page is maintained by Intellocomply to answer common privacy questions about how we handle the data you share with us. It is provided for transparency and does not constitute a legal certification.

1. What we collect

When you create an account we ask for your full name, email, password, company name, company type, financial year start, VAT registration status, and number of employees. You may optionally provide accountant and PRO contact details, and upload compliance documents to your private document vault.

2. How we use your data

We use this information solely to generate your personalised UAE compliance calendar, send you deadline reminders, and provide the features you sign up for. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for advertising.

3. Where data is stored

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure and is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Access is restricted to authenticated owners of each account through row-level security.

4. Document vault

Documents you upload are stored in a private bucket. Only you can read, download or delete them.

5. Email alerts and accountant notifications

If you enable alerts to your accountant or PRO, the email and WhatsApp number you provide will only be used to send compliance reminders related to your account.

6. Your rights

You may export or delete your data at any time from your profile. Contact support to request account deletion.

7. Governing law

This policy and the handling of your data are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
